52C is low enough, yes, but you should test at full load,
something like Prime95's Torture Test, large in-place FFTs
setting. Also factor for any addt'l room temp increase if
the room gets hotter in summer, or even winter (proximity to
a heat source).

Yeah, I think I might try Prime95 later (its something like you have
to run the test for 24 hours and if it remains stable without any
errors, then you have a stable system, right?). Also, you know, if its
52-53C at fan speed 1890RPM, then if I increased the threshhold a bit
to 3000RPM, it would run even cooler right? Of course, doing this does
have its disadvantages. It would probably wear out the fans faster.

BTW, at 60% CPU usage the temp was 58-59C.
