The Dell site has downloads. You could use your service tag, to
make a search there for what is appropriate. The first one
I could find, is this "Intel Pro/Wireless 2100" driver. You're
in a better position to judge whether this is the right one or
not.

Another page you might want to look at, makes reference to
Wireless Zero Config. What I don't know, is where you'd look to
find if a wirelsss device can use WZC or not. (Presumably a
USENET group that specializes in wireless would be a better
place to post the question.)
