Digital Cable through MythTV

I currently have basic comcast digital cable, and I want to be able to
record, pause, and rewind live tv, as well as set times for it to
record on certain channels through MythTV. What would be the best way
to do this? I would preferably like to have a digital cable decoder
built into the computer, and also have support for HDTV.
