Default Hard disc problem

I have a problem regarding my Hard disc my computer did't detect it,
most probable cause is the disc itself. can i recover the file on my
disc? How somebody please help me. thanks!

Where doesnt it detect it ? In the black bios
screen, in Disk Management, in My Computer ?

Probably but that depends on where its not being detected.

If it were me, I would first make sure that the cables are firmly
attached and the disk spins when power is applied. Once you establish
that, Rod's comments apply with respect to where your problem might reside.
