Default K8N Neo 4 Platinum Motherboard Question

Hello,

I just purchased a MSI K8N Neo 4 Platinum (MS-7125) motherboard.
I have never built a system with a MSI board (just a hobbyist). I have
used Biostar and Gigabyte. My question is about the CPU support for
this board. I am looking to buy a AMD dual core cpu. The suggested
dual core cpu's are toledo, and manchester I found a 3800+ on
newegg.com for $129.00 but it has a windsor core. Can I use this? I
have never built a dual core system before. Any advice would be
appreciated.

Thank you,

Peter
