Default Linksys hub model: EFAH05W ver 3 - is it a TRUE hub?

Linksys hub model: EFAH05W ver 3
Background: I purchased this device to use as a "hub out" device while
using a network analyzer. However, I note that, after a short time,
the LED activity indicates that traffic isn't going to all ports.
Question: Is this device a "true" hub or one of the devices that
converts it's self into a switch.
