MSI K8N SLI and AMD FX-60

Can someone please tell me if the AMD FX-60 CPU is compatible with
the
MSI K8N SLI (MS-7185) version 1.0 motherboard?

If I upgraded to this processor would its performance be limited by
the speed of my memory. I have 2.5 Gb PC3200 Corsair RAM.

You should check the Microstar Website, but the K8N board is
specifically designed for Athlon 64FX and Athlon 64 CPUs.

The PC 3200 (DDR 400) memory is the fastest that the board supports,
so no slowdown there.
