no color

i am trying to play movies on my tv using my computer but the movies wont
play nin color how do i fix it

Even if I assume you meant 'I' in place of 'i', this still makes no
sense. The movies wont implies that those movies have a desire,
which is not apparent from the remainder of the sentance. I am
unable to find the word 'nin' in my dictionary. If that is a typo
for 'nine' why should those movies desire to play nine? holes of
golf, innings of baseball, or what. How does color affect it. The
color barrier has long since been broken in both sports.

The first thing to check is the color setting.
Either PAL or NTSC (or possibly even SECAM)

If you feed PAL to NTSC TV --or vice versa-- you end up with a
black and white picture. (at best :-)

You have the wrong connector (that simple cable that comes with the
graphics card won't work). Buy a different kind of adapter and try with
that.
