Default nvidia firewall sux ?

Is there a way a for a non guru programmer to do it right ?

Theres no single hint on nvidias page, no driver built in help,
even the ´low´ profile blocks all with 2000 and XP32.

This is strange, because with XP64 it works flawlessly, at least its
possible to surf at medium setting right from the start.

Any hints are welcome !
