PC preloaded with Windows Server 2003?

Hello,

Need to buy a new PC which will be used as a test web server. Vital that it
has Windows Server 2003. Tried PCWorld, Dell ETC - no joy.

Anyone know of a PC other than a server which comes with Windows Server 2003
Web Edition?

There won't be unless you have someone build one for you. What is the
problem with a cheap server? Dell's for example is only $450 for a
server that is merely a regular computer dressed up.

Why? There are far more stable server OSes at zero cost.

BSD or Linux of PC Unix may be cheaper than that server.
