Default Phone switch

My mother still has dialup and is frequently on her computer, which means she
can't be reached by phone. I remember from the old days that there used to
be switches that would put the web access on hold while you answered the
phone and then returned you to the same web page. I can't seem to find those
any more, since most people have high speed web access. Does anyone have any
idea of where to get that kind of switch these days?

I do not believe there is any demand for those anymore, and so they have
stopped being manufactured.
