Looks pretty good. Upgrade your memory to ddr2 800, then add the following:

Processor? That's a monitor.
BTW: Wal-Mart has about the same thing for the same price.

Yup, Seasonic is great! But if you are looking for excellent quality in a
"real" PSU at a budget price, the AMS Mercury that newegg carries is a much
better choice. -Dave

I wanted to add an E6600 processor from New Egg, not a monitor from
another post.
I also noticed last night, that NewEgg sells combo packs of
processors, RAM, and or mother boards.

Not for nothing, I love Newegg, but sometimes you can find a few
things cheaper by using Pricegrabber or something else like that. I
found a monitor for 40 bones cheaper with it...I was going to buy it
from Newegg. I guess it's a little different because I have to pay tax
on things since I'm from Jersey, but just my 2 cents!

Your system is not exactly BUDGET, but I'm sure you'll enjoy it.

For a real BUDGET system, look for a 6150 embedded graphics MoBo, a single
core AMD 939 cpu, and 1 GB of DDR RAM - about $225 at the +3500 speed
level. That's bang for the buck. You could get it under 200 at a slight
drop in speed and only 512 MB RAM - just fine for XP, which is of course
recommended. [6150 will do Vista Aero, just stay w/ 1 GB RAM].

just my 2 cents, worth both pennies at least...
