Default Power generation...by cycle?

We're all probably guilty of becoming more sedentary and sitting at
computers physically not moving a great deal...so, I would like to know if
there are any exercise bike generator gizmos that turn the cycle power into
processing power?

I saw this, but want to know if there's anything availble in the UK?
Anyone?!

Compared to that other popular pastime of aerobic TV
watching?

No.

Silly question anyway, since at most a cycle with generator
makes electrical power which you do with as you please, not
"processing power".

Nope, you'll have to move to a different country with no AC
power to get any gain. Let us know when you arrive.

unless it has a mechanical puter attached? Could do at least one
instruction per second then.
