I've used Twinmos and Kingston and had no trouble with either, never heard
of Supertalent. (If it's the same price but includes heatsinks then they may
have used cheaper parts elsewhere).
Kingston generally has a lifetime warranty. If the timings are the same,
then Kingston would be my recommendation.
