Default Replacement Hard Disk PCB Needed.

Dear All,

Cany anybody help me...

Is there anywhere, that anybody knows about that sells defunked
hard-disks,
or replacment PCB's

I've managed to kill a HD and can't afford to pay the £500+ for a data

recovery company to sort it out.

Is it possible to obtain them? I'm under the impression the PCB's can
be
swapped, but they need to be exact, same bios stuff on the board, etc?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Regards
Paul.
