searching for a hardware audit software on laptops

I have to audit lots of laptops and I need a good software to audit
hardware.

I can be anything, however, sometimes I get laptops without floppy /
cdrom visa versa.

I can be open source or commercial. I need to find out following things
from hardware.


cpu speed, memory amount, hard drive spec, optical drive & floppy
(yes/no) and tell if anything is broken.
