Default Supplier webs and component reviews

Have you ever had a slightly damming review published on a suppliers web
page.

I assembled a system over Xmas using an Osiris case. All the 3rd party
reviews I read prior to purchasing the case praised its unique functionality
and superb quality of build. That primarily being the PSU at the bottom, a
removable 5 HDD tray etc.

Unfortunately the MoBo I assembled in the case meant a couple of the
connectors were in fairly difficult positions when connecting cables from
the PSU. They clashed with the 2 outtake fans at the rear top.

I also concluded that the PSU at the bottom was not a brilliant idea if
placing the assembled unit onto a carpeted floor as the heavy unit would
sink into the pile and block or restrict the intake. Even placing it onto a
hard floor were we all experience dust build up would do it no good
eventually.

Also the front fan intake was not filtered. This I overcame by adding
wadding between the fan and the case front.

Anyway it's all history and experience now but I decided to write a review
on the suppliers web page based on my experiences..........but alas after
much writing they failed to publish it.......for obvious reasons I assume.
Perhaps I should have known better and not wasted my time.

Some companies censor negative reviews, so try posting elsewhere, like
NewEgg, which seems to put up any review that isn't outright
slanderous or NC-17? Or why not post details in this newsgroup? You
can even review the supplier itself at ResellersRated.com.
