Online pictures suggest it has the small external connector
as on a floppy drive. Any retail packaged card should come
with the appropriate adapter with a socket you plug one of
your PSU 4-pin plugs into... ideally this PSU lead has only
the video card connected, though it's possible to have more
it.
So yes the regular retail packaged product should have
everything you need, except that it would be better to get
the newer driver from ATI's 'site instead of using the one
on the CD.
