Thoughts on motherboard

I'm looking for an affordable/budget motherboard for a core i5 2500k system.
I am interested in opinions/alternatives/pointers/pitfalls from an
overclocking point of view. I need on-board firewire, 4 RAM slots and good
overclocking features. I have a Radeon HD 4770 graphics already so I dont
need to use the i5 gfx GPU output. Other motherboard features are secondary.
I am considering:

MSI 1155 Intel P67 4xDDR3 Firewire USB3.0 ATX Motherboard (model number:
P67A-C45-B3). On amazon UK at under £85.
