Default transferring outlook 2002 and works to a new PC

Hi

I'm migrating my software from an XP machine to a new Vista machine. I no
longer need to run the software on the old PC.

I installed outlook 2002 on the vista machine last night using the same key
as I used for the XP machine. When I try to activate the software I get the
message "Our records indicate that this product key has already been used to
activate another product, please contact customer service"

Is it OK for me to migrate MS software to another machine as long as I don't
use it on the old one?

Anyone know the UK phone number for calling MS about this kind of thing -
pref toll free?

Will I be able to migrate MS works too?

Thanks

Stick with the XP you have, or better yet, install Linux. See the
following URLs about the problems with Vista.

Use the "phone-in" to activate saying you have reformat-ed your hard
drive. I do it regularly.

PS. For the UK number click on the "activation" icon (two yellow keys
by your clock) and choose UK in drop-down choice menu. The toll-free
number is there.
