Default two beeps

I keep getting two beeps on my CAP810 motherboard.

I think the manual says this means:

Parity cannot be reset

What does this mean?

That's a memory problem. reseat the DIMMs and then try with
only one stick to see if you can isolate the problem.

OR it is SET in the bios to want ecc memory, if you can get into the
bios, you can find the setting and change it to non ecc. Clearing the
bios manually may also help. ECC is rarely a default option.
