What causes my PC to crash?

I have problems with my PC it crashes all the time And i have BSOD's. It
looks for an CPU, RAM or mainboard problem for me. I hope the RAM on my
grapic card is fine.

RAM: Twinmoss 2x1GB i 2x0,5GB
Graphic: 8800 GT
CPU: AMD 5200+
Mainboard: Gigabyte GA-MA69G-S3H

I Changed the power supply fom:KME Maxpower PZ-500 to: Tracer Highlander
550W

Cleaned my CPU from dust because it was overheating. New paste.

PC Doctor has froze at graphic test at Video Pages MODE DA
(13) (on screen 1111111111)

RAM stress test hung at 1:44 minutes left

Video Memory stress Test CE v1.21
Pass count 300, 0 Errors

I took out one RAM and i have the same problem with the "The
troubleshooter 7.02" programm. It holds at the first memory and cache test.
I took out the next one and still the same result. I took out the next one
till i had only one RAM left. Everytime the same problem. I put the first
RAM again and still it holds at the memory and cache test. Thats why i think
it could be a CPU o Mainboard problem

Could a demaged memory controler in the CPU cause these problems

I tryed to play CRYSIS yesterday and i had a reboot after few minutes. I
didnt had this with Crysis Warehead

Normally, you'd set up the PC to use dual channel mode, like this.

What I would recommend for a memory test, is this.

That program, tests all of memory, except the reserved BIOS area. To
test all the memory, requires a DIMM to be arranged so it doesn't
hold the BIOS area. The way to do that on a dual channel motherboard,
is to load sticks of RAM in single channel mode. (This will also work
on older S939 processors, as long as you use the low order channel. The
other channel won't work by itself, on those processors.

First, test like that, and the lower portion of the 0.5GB stick won't
get tested. Then, swap the DIMMs around on the channel, and run the test
again. Now the 0.5GB stick is fully tested (because it is no longer
the "low memory" DIMM).

Now, you can swap in your other two sticks, and test them the same way
(using a single channel, and the single channel that happens to work,
if your system is an older one).

Start with that much first. A single pass, or two passes, is enough
testing using that test method. Other RAM testing should come from
a memory stress tester, like Prime95 or something similar.
