Default windows 7 failure

I bought my pc last year. The performance of the pc was very good. but
after one year i have started to get problem like windows crash and no
possible backup.

Part listed:
hard disk 250Gb Sata Hitachi
Motherboard Gigabyte GA-H55M-D2H
Core I3 processor Lga 1156
Ram 4Gb DDr3
Sony dvd writer 24X

Then after two days i installed the windows 7 professional 64 bit again.
After one week when i tried to copy some music to my external hard disk,
the windows crash again. then finally i thought that the hard disk was
not good so i changed it and bought a new samsung sata 320Gb. I
installed it again but the problem came after two days, it said that
launch windows repair so i did it and it became alright but I get this
often even i formatted my hard disk and installed a fresh new one. Can
anyone tell me how to solve this problem???
I'm tired of formatting my pc.....:(
Please I badly need help.....................................

Likely suspects are faulty memory(one or all sticks), or faulty power
supply.

Remove all but one stick of memory(handle memory by edges..do not touch
chips or contacts), then reboot. If no joy repeat using other stick(s).

If problem persists, try a different power supply.

For replacement, Seasonic and Corsair are among the best brands for
power supply, Crucial and Mushkin for memory....imho.

Another way to test hardware is to install linux and
see how that runs.

Have you backed up your files now?

Reformatting might just cover over the problem but not fix it.

I would suggest looking in the system event log (start "Event Viewer", and
the system log is under "Windows Logs"), look through there for any errors
or warning which seem to tally with when you've had issues, or for any
errors or warnings which are realated to the disk. If you find any then
report back.

It might also be worth posting to a windows 7 newsgroup.
