Default Wrong page size

Hi all,

Every machine in my office are connected to two printers with different
print preferences, basically the page size, for different purposes.
Everything is fine if printing from the default printer. However, when
selecting the other printer from the print dialogue box, the print outs
would follow the page size of the default printer printing preference.

I knew that I can always change the default print but this is not
preferable, basically the operator is accessing the computer from
another terminal which is away from the computer.

Can someone advise on how to fix this out or maybe some hints?

TIA,
TM

Default Re: Wrong page size

Thanks Joel!

However, this is also not preferable as the operator has to get access
to the computer console which is not near from the front desk.

Basically, I assumed that Windows is able to manage the print
preferences when the user select another printer which is not the
default one. Just I believe that there's something I accidentally did
wrong.

More suggestions?

TIA,
TM
