dshield problem

i am trying to place dshield.org hacker reportering on my system.
i have a di-link 704p router, and setting up the program is simple. (used
syslog kiwi to capture the attacks)

when i try to do the convertion on the file for dshield to send it to them.
i get an error message on almost every line. example below.

does anyone know what the problem is and how to fix it.
