Default How Close?

To Whom Can Answer Correctly:

How close are the CompTIA Security+ certification and Microsoft's
security certifications to NIST (National Institute of Standards &
Technology) guidelines? I would really appreciate it if there is
someone out there who is an authority that can answer the question.

Thank you!
