It's surprising what can be defined as 'meat':) Spam is one of many
brands of what is called 'Luncheon Meat' in the UK. This disgusting
mixture of pork bits & rusk certainly had a share in feeding the
half-starving population of wartime Britain. There is absolutely no
excuse for it being eaten anywhere in the developed world today but
I see that it seems to sell - I can only guess there must be enough
people who just don't care what they eat!

This is Spam... no 'rusk' as I can tell. :)

Ingredients:
Chopped pork shoulder meat with ham meat added.
Salt (for binding, flavour, and firmness)
Water (to help in mixing)
Sugar (for flavour)
Sodium Nitrite (for colour and as a preservative)
Yum yum!
