**This position requires ocassional travel to the Caribbean**

The Design Engineer is responsible for the analysis, design, implementation
and enhancement of a wireless telecommunications networks (GSM).

These include existing and planned networks for cellular and digital mobile
phone and data transmission networks. Responsibilities include linking
budgets, system dimensioning for coverage and capacity including traffic
analysis, site equipment, initial system design and dimensioning, coverage
planning, site identification and evaluation, frequency planning and
interference analysis.
