Is it a Dimension 3100c? There's no such thing as an Inspiron 3100c.

Are you you looking for a PCI wireless card? The box has 2 "low
profile" PCI slots and one PCIe X1 (PCI Express) slot. You're not
going to find anything for the PCI Express slot, but the "low profile"
PCI slots should work if you can find a card. These should fit:

What I don't know is whether they're shipped with a "low profile" PCI
bracket. Worst case, you do some sheet metal work on the bracket.
Have you considered using an external wireless card on your desktop?
Any of the common USB or ethernet bridge devices will work with your
BT router.
