Can Someone Scanning WEP Encrypted Session See IP Addresses?

Can someone who does not have the WEP password, who scans an encrypted WEP
session, see in plain text the IP addresses of the machines on the wireless
network, and the destination IPs in the packets sent out by those machines?

No. They can se the MAC addresses
