Default Can't Get Netgear PC Card into Plastic Storage Case

This is the most crazy problem, but I cannot get my Netgear Wireless PC
Card WG511T back into its clear plastic storage case when I am not
using it. It's like it grew a quarter of an inch! I just cannot get
the cover closed. Very, very frustrating. I know I took it out of
this case, and it will slide back in, but the flip to cover will not
close. I cannot figure this one out. Has anyone else had this
problem? I sure would appreciate any help with this puzzling, nutty
problem.

Thanks,
Heather

Do you have more than one plastic case?

No, just one plastic case. And the PC card will not fit back into it.
It is insane.

If you quite sure that the plastic case really is the original case, you may
have to contact Netgear about your issue.
Best of Luck to you.

Make sure the lid is in the correct mounting/hinge holes.
