No. The USB dongle is stupid. The 6310 printer would need to have
drivers and setup utilities that talk to the USB dongle. It doesn't.

You can't. The feature is not present in the 6310.
Your best bet is an ethernet wireless bridge, which has the
configuration built into the bridge. The HP ethernet drivers should
(hopefully) allow all the features and functions to operate over the
wireless as it does over the ethernet cable.
