Default Does WOWWAY have static IP addresses?

Guess I could call WOW ( Wide Open West), my ISP and wait for someone to
help me......... BUT... I
want to set up a WiFi network and the broadband wireless router set up
program is asking me if my IP address is static. I would guess so.... but it
would be nice to be sure of that fact. Any help would be very appreciated
from any other WOW customers.

Thanks,

Dan
