Driver help needed, Engenius EUB 362 EXT

I install the driver and reboot and the "found new hardware" box
appears but windows cannot find the driver. Is there a trick to
get this rascal working?

I am using Windows Server 2003 Enterprise and I am plugging it in to
a known good usb 2,0 port.

Please help, TIA
