How do I connect 2nd PC to wireless broadband?

Hello
I recently obtained a broadband from GlobalNet, now Madasafish. It
includes wireless router DSL-G624T, all documentation, Ethernet cable
and DWL-G122 AirPlus G Wireless USB adapter - for my 2nd old desktop
PC.

With a bit of help from Globalnet technical support I installed and
configered the router for wireless broadband on my new laptop in no
time and it works like a charm now.

Another matter with the old desktop PC.

In the package there is a piece of paper - Important announcement from
D-Link: "Please install the DSL-G624T router by inserting the CD into
your wired Ethernet computer." I did so with laptop, router is
installed and configured. Do I need to do the same on my desktop PC?
If yes, the 2nd question is, my old desktop PC doesn't have Ethernet
port, so I cannot connect it to the router by Ethernet cable. If I do
need to do it, how?

You do not need to run the CD again. Once you configure the router
that job is done.

How old is this other computer? What is the operating system? I'm a
little worried that anything with no network port is going to pretty
dang old and you might be looking at a difficult task to get it
working wirelessly.

Thank you very much for your answer. The main thing to know is that I
do not need to run router installation for the second time.

I tried to get an answer to this question from ISP support boys, but
they are Indian and I am Russian, - we do not quite understand each
other.

You are so right - It is a difficult task! The computer was assembled
in 1997. Pentium 2. During the years it was updated now and then.
Windows 2000 now. It has became increasingly funny. Recently MS
Explorer refused to work. Just stopped finding any DNS servers and no
help from the ISP and the Internet community could help. I had to
switch to FireFox.

I do understand that I need a new one and they are very cheap now.
I'll probably shall leave it in piece, shall not try getting it to
work wirelessly and shall buy a new one as soon as. After all I have
one computer to connect to the Internet. Just that it is so
interesting: how much one can get from old things?

The PC recognises the wireless adapter. In Control Panel - Hardware -
it is written that the "device works properly". Adapter's signal
lights - both: link and activity - are very busy all the time, what
does it do?
