Default How to use SSH together with Cisco Aironet equipment?

I would like to use somehow SSH together with my two Cisco Aironet
access points - 350 + 1230. Is this possible? Any idea?

Thanks.

No it's not possible that I know about. SSH is used by Web service provider
like a bank to have a client machine using a browser as an example to have
secure connection between the Website and the client machine to prevent
eavesdropping on the traffic.

You could look into a VPN solution software to software such as AT&T Extra
Net or hardware to hardware like two routers in a VPN connection.

You're thinking of SSL.

I'm not sure what you want to do. Do you mean you want to connect to the
access points using SSH rather than telnet?

According to this article from Cisco, you'll need FW 12.00T or above to
connect to the AP using SSH.

Sorry for unclear and confusing posting. ;-) I was thinking about
using SSH instead of WAP. For example, I'm using OpenBSD + Authpf on
my OpenBSD based AP and Putty on client side (windows XP) . It works
well, and i believe it's quite secure. I was actually thinking about
mixing some OpenSource security tools with Cisco Aironet access points
(SSH, IPsec, etc.)

Your bad /what/ exactly?

Bad is an adjective, you have to use it to describe a noun.

I know what its supposed to mean, but that doesn't make 'bad' suddenly
a noun or a synonym for mistake.

Just because illiterate undereducated morons can't string a sentence
together without using innit, or yea but no but, doesn't mean I have
to like it... :-)

"Bad" can be a noun, try your dictionary or www.dictionary.com.

Don't skip your ESL class :)

And your point here is what? Do you actually think I care about this
*righteous* one? ;-)

And I'll guarantee you that some of those undereducated morons are making
more $$$ than you or I put together. There is more to knowledge than just
book knowledge.

BTW, I will not respond to this again as it is too ridiculous. :)

Careful - the first dozen or so mentions of it relate to the use of
'worse' as a noun. If you intend to use it as a noun, you need to use
'the' with it - as in the famous Spaghetti western - and this is a
quite specialised usage, often considered archaic.

I'll take one up just as soon as the American Heritage Dictionary
becomes a source of knowledge about the English Language. As oppose
that is to some hybid of gibberish and witterese....

I've no idea. /Do/ you care that your english is incomprehensible
and/or exhibits illiteracy?

It seems to me that you value money more than education. Sad.

Stick your pills and your shoes down your big mouth where they belong
followed by anything else you can stick in there. You feel the need to get
in my face about something ridiculous. Did I wrong you in someway here for
you to be acting an ass/lunatic? It seemed *much do about nothing* with the
wild hair up your ass about it to boot.

Tell your mama to lock the family drug cabinet up and have you go stand in
any corner of the house, even if you don't live there.
;-)

You Big Mouth kunatic *clown*. ;-)

Yeah Yeah whatever the Hell you're talking about Professor Marky Mark you're
right.

You're right Marky Professor Mark.

You can get out your red pen and *mark* me up Marky Mark.

Whatever you're talking about have your mama slip you a couple of Prozac(s)
in your bottle and warm it up, prepare a Pamper and change you and put you
back in your play crib -- so that you'll SHUT THE HELL UP. <g>

You're right Marky Mark.

Whatever it is Marky Mark you're right.

I agree with you as you're the Marky Mark man and you're right.

You are right! ;-)
