Likely security key mismatch. Verify by turning off *ALL* security as a
test. If that works, turn security back on. If using WEP (bad idea --
use WPA instead), be sure to enter all keys in *HEX* (not
characters/ASCII). Don't use MAC filtering or turn SSID broadcast off,
which won't help security but will cause problems.
