New To Wireless Internet

We have bought an apple notebook and purchased a wireless router.

We live in the new york metro area and were hoping to simply get
wireless and have no cable or phone line internet service, but we don't
know the first thing about it. Does anyone have suggestions as to who
the best provider is or any other tips? Any advice will be
appreciated.

Check out reviews for broadband ISP's local to you, what other local folks
are saying about them, ect....
