please help

can't get my laptop to connect to the internet through my wireless network.
it connected find intill it crashed did a system restore reinstore all
driver but now can't get it to connect to the internet

Start by disabling all security in your wireless router or access point.
When you get it working, use WPA if possible with a strong passphrase.
