PLUSCOM / VIRGIN MEDIA ANY ISSUES KNOWN?

Hi dose anyone know of any compatibility issues with pluscom and virgin
media/Motorola modems?

I've tried setting one up with no luck, swapped it over to asus and worked
first time.......................
