Prism 3890 firmware update

Hello,

Does anyone know where and how tu update the firmware of the (built in)
prism wireless (3890) card of my Medion Laptop to 2.5. I found HEX files
1.7.4. (PRI and STA) buth the windows firmware update tool cannot recognize
my adapter... how to get winupdate firmware tool to recognize my adapter?
