I have several hundred UTStarcom F3000 WiFI SIP Phones available for
sale. These units are all brand new, sealed in factory 10-packs.
They were purchased for an ITSP project in Guatemala that was
subsequently cancelled.

These handsets work fine with Asterisk, Trixbox and other SIP based
platforms.

Folks, don't touch these with a bargepole. The UTStarcom units have a
design fault that means they drop off the WiFi signal quite regularly
and have to be powercycled to get them to reattach. Not very useful if
you want to receive incoming calls.
