Hi Jeff,
I tried this site and listed the 'details' of the documents on file
for my devices, but couldn't download any of the pdf's. Is there
something I should specify in the initial form to unlock my access?

What do you mean by "couldn't download the PDF's"?
Do you get an error message?
Duz it download forever and never stop? Some of the files are huge.
Duz it download but Acroblast complains that it's corrupted?

If you want me to check, kindly disclose the FCCID numbers.
