Default RE:Linux Firmware Hack for d-link di-784 (di784)?

Yeah, I bought a WRT54GS v.5 about two weeks ago.

I was using the di-784 mainly for G. I've disabled A.

Since I got it I got all kinds of problems:
-Cannot listen to Winamp radio: It works two minutes and then I get
Buffer underun (any station).
-When using wpa, wireless clients have a hard time to connect.
-I've send it on RMA once (It was totally frozen).
-Contacted tech support many times, and the best they could tell me is
disable A, change the G channel, etc. I mean... What's a A/G router
worth if we need to disable A in order for it to work properly in G...

I've upgraded to the latest firmware to see if it would be better...
Not! That time was the last time this router was going to f**k with me.
I've got a new Linksys router (WRT54GS). Wow! If I would've knew that
before I would've switch before!! Winamp radio runs all day long
without any problems!!! Wpa and even wpa2 both work like a charm.

I'm now trying to find a use for the di-784. That's why I was looking
for a third party firmware. I was hopping to resuscitate it. Give it
another chance to live!! LOL
