What model Netgear router?
Where are you seeing this error message? Log page? Syslog? Monitor
program?
If on a PC or Mac, any particular make, model, operating system, or
configuration?
>SNAP SSAP = 0; SNAP DSAP = 0 (both should be 0xAA)
SNAP is SubNetwork Attachment Point. It's part of 802.2 ethernet LLC
(Logical Link Control). This might help:

There are several places where it might be coming from. You'll see it
on a DSL modem when bridging between the ATM layer and the MAC layer
screws up. You'll also see it on a PC network that has some ancient
MacOS machines running Appletalk. I've also seen it on Novell LAN's
where there is high packet loss on the ethernet network (usually at a
10 to 100Mbit/sec transition point).
