Well I finally got around to trying the BEFW11S4 as an access point and it
works well. 3 weeks and still going. But we did have one power failure
during this time and everything got reset.
My setup.
Telco--Netopia 2241N--Linksys EZXS55W switch--BEFW11S4
--WRT54G
DHCP and PPOE are turned off in the two Linksys wireless routers and only
the LAN side is used for connections.
Netopia 2241 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.254 DHCP 192.168.1.100 thru 253
BEFW11S4 192.168.1.3 SSID#2 Channel 4 (Beats me why I picked 4??)
WRT54G 192.168.1.2 SSID#1 Channel 11
So it would appear that the router side is the problem with the BEFW11S4 and
not the wireless side from my limited testing.
