As I understand what you are saying, you have a PAL standard camera
(common in Europe, but not Americas) and want to convert it into an
ethernet signal to feed a wireless device that uses the somewhat
proprietary (but licensed to many wireless device vendors) Super G
mode.

A quick search using Google will turn up several PAL format to
ethernet converters and some applications.
