For the wireless video/audio for the presentations, there are many devices,
you can even get em at radio shack See

converter)
however, you may also want to look at the remote controls (presentation
manager) from kensington/logitech/targus/etc... about $50-$75, lets you
control the laptop (wirelessly) by a remote while you walk around the room
(handy, when doing presentations I find it a good thing to walk around and
personally talk to the people in the room at a presentation)
