View available wireless network list problem

Hi

Please can you advise how to use the 'View Available Wireless Network' so
that all the wireless connections in the area will be listed when this
option is selected.

I was advised a number of steps including starting the Wireless Zero
Configuration service BUT when I restarted and check the option again the
list of available netork connections were no longer there.
