Wifi and Digisender - works almost

With my Digisender set to channel 1 and my wlan AP set to 11, I have no
problem connecting; but...

My remote for my satellite does not change channels through the digisender,
or at least it seems to 'double send' to key presses.

Changing the digisender to any other channel and the remote works fine,
but... my wlan connection is lost.

I tried all other channels on my AP but exactly the same problem.

I know other people have had problems with wlan's and digisenders, but it
just seems a bit weird that it's only the remote that's giving me problems,
the picture transmission is fine.
